I am the current president of the Conshohocken AMBUCS, and along with friends Vince & Debbie Flocco, we ran the “2nd Annual Restaurant Rally” on May 18th. My friends and I have done the restaurant rally for the past 2 years. It’s so much fun! Not only do 16 area restaurants put out amazing spreads, but many offer bellinis, beer, wine, etc. So it’s a restaurant pub crawl. The after party at Spamps is hysterical. Buses are available to take you from spot to spot. But we walk the whole thing. You have to if you’re eating for 5 hours straight!

Second, It USED to be at the Elmwood Zoo… this year I guess they are expanding to the Philly Zoo.

I’m confused. First, it’s not the Philadelphia Zoo, it’s the Elwood Park Zoo. Second, how do you know its the 26th of July? The web site you linked to has ‘xx’ for the date.

The Elwood Park Zoo depresses me. I went there for the first time for a work-organized clean-up effort. The whole place just gave me a blah feeling. But, it’s a Norristown zoo, what can you expect?
