- Not sure what the whole problem with the Conshohocken ban on skateboarding is. Is there true legal concern over someone cracking their head in a park and suing the Borough? How are they different then bicycles, walking, big wheels, roller blades, sledding, etc? I agree, skateboarding is probably an inherently more dangerous hobby then those listed, but I would not think the Borough would be responsible no matter what the person was riding. Who knows, I’m not lawyer. Opinions?
