My brother and his wife are moving back to this area from California.  They are looking for a home to rent in Conshohocken or surrounding areas.  So far, they have been less then enthused by the availability.  If anyone has info on a solid place to rent in the Borough, please let me know via email at rental@conshy.org

Some requirements:

• Central air conditioning
• 1 or 2 car garage, driveway preferred
• Maximum $2500 a month
• Availability in early 2010

About the tenants:

• Young professionals
• No kids
• No pets
• Not smokers
