I’m not going to talk about the ins and outs or the legality of what Lower Merion SD is accused of doing.  As an IT professional, specifically working on Network and System Security, I have quite a few problems with not only what LMSD was doing but also the way they did it.  There are simply better ways to recover stolen or lost systems then with photographic means.  In any case, there has been some recent developments that warrant a synopsis of information links on the situation, the legal side of things and how this might play out….enjoy
