   This proposal calls for the conversion of a warehouse into a mixed use building with office space on the first floor and five (5) apartments above. Twenty-six (26) parking spaces will be provided for the occupants, and a significant amount of landscaping will be added to the site.

   Action Needed: The Applicant seeks minor land development approval for improvements associated with the warehouse conversion.
