This is the property referenced previously and here that is potentially historic in nature. It will be demolished and a Continental Bank will be built. This proposal calls for the demolition of a 2 ½ story former residence at the southeast corner of Sixth Avenue and Fayette Street for the construction of a 1 ½ story Continental Bank. Parking for the bank will be located at the rear and accessed from Sixth Avenue only. A drive thru will be constructed on the south side of the building with egress for right turns only onto Fayette Street.Action Needed: The Applicant seeks preliminary and final land development approval for the demolition of an existing building to construct a Continental Bank.
