		<description>Here is a subject I hope you can answer.  Is it Conshy or Conshi?  I've been living here for 3 years[one the west side of Fayette about a block from the bars] and I assert that it is spelled Conshy.  Seems like people who aren't cool or are new to town spell it Conshi.</description>

		<description>I believe the solution to this would be to not only fine the tenants but also fine the landlords.  As long as the owners don't suffer they have no reason to vet their tenants before allowing them to move in.</description>
